Become a Northwest IMPACT Member

Contractors are automatically enrolled in Northwest IMPACT when they sign the Master Labor Agreement and agree to use union ironworkers. If you are an employer who is considering using union iron worker labor, review what we have done to strengthen the unique union bond between ironworkers and their contractor employers.

Lobbied and petitioned government officials and legislators to influence legislation, rules, regulations and standards affecting the industry.

Established local and regional labor-management committees to assist in the purposes of the Trust.

Facilitated the exchange of information between employers and ironworkers concerning projects, contracts, events and trends affecting the industry.

Provided a forum for discussion of issues of mutual interest. Encourage free collective bargaining between ironworkers and employers.

Established alliances and mergers of existing trusts or entities to advance mutual interests and improve the efficiency and achievement of common goals.
