Northwest IMPACT’s primary mission is to expand job opportunities for its ironworker members and their employers through innovative and progressive labor management cooperative programs. IMPACT works closely with its contractor members to ensure the highest quality of product offered by ironworkers in the construction industry.
What this means for you: We ensure both labor and management are given the proper resources to cooperate and succeed - together. Through this partnership, our collection of ironworkers set the standard for quality and professionalism in the Pacific Northwest construction industry.
Northwest IMPACT’s principal purpose is to improve the economic competitiveness of the ironworking industry. We do this by helping to identify and expand work opportunities for Northwest ironworkers and signatory contractors. We strive to resolve problems not subject to resolution within the collective bargaining process that reduce the competitiveness and economic development of the industry.

Northwest IMPACT is a regional member of the Iron Worker Management Progressive Action Cooperative Trust (IMPACT) of North America. IMPACT is funded in equal parts by the contributions of its Iron Worker labor and management members who have elected to include IMPACT in their collective bargaining agreements.
